amboanga Restaurant began on 1973 and located at Makati Ave. Metro Manila catering mostly to the local crowd. Its specialty was native and seafood cuisine coming from the Zamboanga City.

In 1975 Zamboanga Restaurant branched out in Adriatico, Malate Manila. This branch is ideally located in the heart of the Tourist district.
